Contact the service site to learn the scope of the work. If possible, check out the site ahead of time.

Explain the size and age distribution of the team to the service site and clarify what the team will (and will not) be able to help with.

Confirm possible dates & times for the project.

Let the team know what tools and supplies will be needed.

During the project, lead and coordinate the work of the team.

Communicate with the Steering Committee member by three deadlines. (Use the reporting form below.)

Report decisions that the team makes about team leadership, fundraising goal and method, as well as the nature, date and timing of the service project.

Get any specific information from the Steering Committee out to the team.

Convey questions to the Committee.

Take and submit photos/video from the project.
